“Working for Firesticks has been a role that has allowed me to uphold my cultural responsibility in Caring for Country as my form of employment.¬† I feel so privileged within my role as I get to sit, walk and immerse myself in the wisdom of Elders and Country, deepening my own knowledges of what my cultural responsibilities entail while creating more of an understanding that no matter how far the distance that separate all our mobs, there are commonalities that bring us all together.¬†Having all this as daily tasks within my profession brings so much personal growth and fulfilment.””
